The result is a recommended shortlist of candidates comparing the individual with the person specification.

A member of the Highfield team will meet with you to present the outcome of the entire assignment process and discuss the selected candidates in detail. The documentation provided at this stage includes a final Market Insight Report and statistical analysis.
